FAQ
1. How long can I demo a racket?
We offer a flexible trial period of 7 days. This gives you enough time to use the racket in your regular weekly games and test it against different opponents.
2. What if I decide to buy the racket?
It’s a win-win! We deduct your entire rental/demo fee from the final purchase price of your new racket.
3. How do I return the demo racket?
You can return the racket to our designated collection point at [Insert Location/Court Name] or arrange a courier drop-off. Detailed instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation.
4. What happens if the racket gets damaged?
We expect normal wear and tear from on-court play. However, in the event of significant damage beyond normal use (such as cracks from hitting the fence or ground), the user is responsible for a repair or replacement fee as outlined in our Rental Agreement.
5. Can I try multiple rackets at once?
Yes! Many players like to compare two different models (e.g., a "Power" model vs. a "Control" model) side-by-side. You can book multiple demo units for the same session.
6. Are your demo rackets used?
Yes, our demo fleet consists of high-quality, lightly used rackets. We inspect every racket before it goes out, and we also offer these "ex-demo" models for sale at a discounted rate once they reach the end of their demo lifecycle.
