1. Overview At 852PadelGear, we are committed to providing the best service for our padel community in Hong Kong. We are currently in a growth phase and are adjusting our logistics to ensure you receive your equipment in top condition.

2. Current Pick-Up Service To ensure a personalised experience and immediate access to your gear, we currently operate on an in-person pick-up basis.

Location: All orders are available for collection at our designated partner facility located at Go Park and Padel+.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification as soon as your order is prepared and ready for collection.

What to bring: Please have your order confirmation number and a valid form of  identification (or your phone to show the digital confirmation) ready when you arrive.

3. Future Shipping Plans We are actively working on integrating local courier services (such as SF Express) to offer convenient delivery options across Hong Kong.

We aim to roll out island-wide delivery in the near future.

4. Order Processing While we strive to have all orders ready for pick-up as quickly as possible, please allow 24 hours for us to process and prepare your rental or purchase. You will be notified immediately once your item is ready for collection.
